Joe Ruocco is a Senior Advisor to CamberView Partners.
In 2015, Mr. Ruocco established Ruocco Consulting, LLC where he partners with and advises CEOs, Chief Human Resource Officers and other business leaders in all aspects of human resources strategies and tactics to drive business success.
From 2008 through 2015, Mr. Ruocco served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Under Mr. Ruocco’s leadership, Goodyear elevated its human resources practices, particularly in the areas of executive compensation, governance, succession planning and leadership development, which led to the recognition of Goodyear on AON Hewitt’s 2014 list of Top Companies for Leaders. Previously, Mr. Ruocco worked for 23 years at GE in progressively larger HR Leadership positions, including being elected a GE Officer in 2002 and serving as Vice President of Human Resources for GE’s Industrial Business.
In 2011, Mr. Ruocco was elected a Fellow to the National Academy of Human Resources. He also served on the board of Cornell’s Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies (CAHRS) and as a member of the Human Resources Policy Association (HRPA). He currently serves on the Board of Director of Bright Funds, a venture-backed technology company that provides a cloud-based, intuitive platform for employees to execute high-impact charitable giving. In addition, Mr. Ruocco is an Advisor to principal investment firm Bay Grove Capital and to Lineage Logistics, a fast growing, industry leader in warehousing and logistics.
Mr. Ruocco holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
